Synopsis from Lights Out pedals:
"This is VOID. An intensely heavy pedal from new company "Lights Out".
Inspired by Sunn o))), Earth and Om, but capable of huge versatility with many heavy genres, excelling on bass but also great with guitar sounds due to it's versatile EQ and attack section.
Loosley structured on a layout similar to a Meathead/Fuzz face circuit, it deviated heavily from that sonic signature to a more spaced out realm, and additionally includes the BASS and TREBLE tonestack from a Sunn Model T amplifier to give heaps of sub, or heaps of scoop on tap. Of course, you can also dial both back nearly to zero and imitate more vintage mids-based tones if you so chose to as well!
Mode 1: a crunchy high gain sound with heaps of grunge and sustain.
Mode2: A mis-biased, super fat saw wave. Creates excellent bass buzz saw whilst keeping the balls of the sound. Or trumpet- like leads on electric guitar as it swells notes with a similar brass/wind harmonic signature.
There is an ATTACK knob that gives more variation than a standard gain knob. As gain is reduced picking attack is reintroduced to bring back growl and give another kind of evil timbre instead of just mellowing out.

- This pedal can get loud and gnarly VERY easily - start with volume low, and mix up to taste ;)
